At The Forward Kind, we take pride in producing limited, high-quality pieces, and operating with intention. Please review our Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

All sales are final. We are not accepting any returns or exchanges at this time. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and original packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds are not offered in these cases.

Shipping and Delivery

In the instance you have any issues regarding your product, please refer to our contact page and we’d be happy to help resolve any possible issues. If the items are lost, misplaced or stolen during the shipping phase, THE FORWARD KIND does not claim liability; as referenced in our terms of service. Please contact the shipping company attached to the tracking number to address any issues.

Exchanges

We encourage you to gift the item that doesn't quite fit right to a friend or family member who you believe will benefit. You don't know how impactful it could be. A simple way to pay it forward.
